Need a website, or have one that is overdue for an update? I build fast, clear sites that explain what you do, show up when people search for it, and make it easy to call or send a request.
A one-page site starts at $300, a five-page site at $750 and a ten-page business site at $1,250. You get a written quote before any work starts, you own the finished site, and the domain and hosting are in your name.
Typical jobs
A tradesperson, a new shop or a side business that needs something real to put on a business card and a Google listing. Often one page is enough to start.
The site looks dated, does not work on phones, or no longer describes what you sell. I rebuild it around how customers decide, and redirect old addresses so search rankings carry over.
Hacked, slow, locked out, a form that stopped sending, a developer who stopped answering. I find out what is wrong and give you a fixed price to fix it.
Off Wix, Squarespace, GoDaddy Website Builder or an old host, onto something faster that you control, without losing pages Google already knows about.
Quote forms that ask the right questions, appointment booking, and newsletter or CRM sign-ups that land where you will see them.
Image sizing, caching, cleaner code, layouts that work on a phone held in one hand, and fixes for visitors using screen readers or keyboards.
Deliverables
Whatever the package, these are not optional extras.
Platforms
The right choice depends on how often the site changes and who changes it.
Very fast, free or nearly free hosting, almost no security updates. Best when the content changes a few times a year and you are happy to send changes by email.
You edit pages and posts yourself, with a huge range of plugins. Needs monthly updates and decent hosting. Best for sites that change often or publish articles.
Squarespace, Wix and Shopify handle hosting and updates for a monthly fee. A fair choice for some owners. I can set one up properly or help you move off one.
Process
Who your customers are, what they ask before they call, and which pages answer it. You get a page list and a quote.
You send facts, photos and prices. I turn them into page text and tell you what is missing. This is usually the slowest step.
A preview link you can open on your phone. Two rounds of changes are included.
Domain connected, redirects in place, Search Console and analytics set up, and a fix period after launch.

Questions
Code Hawk starts at $300 for one page, $750 for up to five pages and $1,250 for up to ten pages with service pages and local SEO groundwork. Ongoing costs are your domain (about $10 to $20 a year) and hosting, which ranges from free to about $35 a month.
WordPress is a good choice when you want to edit pages and publish posts yourself, or need a plugin that already does what you want. For a site that changes a few times a year, a static site is faster, cheaper to host and has almost nothing to patch. I will recommend one and explain why, and I work in both.
Usually, yes. I can recover lost logins, update an old WordPress install, fix broken forms, speed up slow pages and fix mobile layouts. If the site is built on something that will cost more to repair than to replace, I will show you the numbers.
Yes. Page text and images can be moved, and old addresses are redirected to the new ones so you keep what you have built up in Google. Some builders do not export cleanly, so a migration is often a rebuild using your existing content.
If you want to, yes. WordPress sites come with a short guide to editing pages. If you would rather not touch it, the Maintenance Pro plan includes monthly edits.
Every site is built to WCAG 2.2 AA where practical: readable contrast, keyboard navigation, labeled forms, proper headings and alt text. I test with automated tools and by hand. I can also review and fix an existing site.
Next step
A few sentences is enough to start. I will reply within one business day with questions or a rough price, and there is no charge for the first conversation.
