When someone in Kalispell searches for what you do, Google looks at your Business Profile, your website and whether your details match everywhere else. I set those up correctly, and connect the tools that show you which searches bring people to you.

In short

I set up and repair Google Business Profiles, Search Console and analytics, set up business email on your domain, clean up directory listings, and fix the on-page SEO of your website. Google controls eligibility, verification and rankings, so I do not guarantee either.

What I set up

The pieces Google checks

Google Business Profile

Categories, services, service area, hours, photos, description and booking links. Verification walked through with you. Duplicates and old listings cleaned up.

Search Console

Your site verified with Google, sitemap submitted, and indexing errors found and fixed. This is where you see which searches show your site.

Analytics

Google Analytics 4 or a privacy-friendly alternative, with calls, form submissions and bookings counted as leads.

Business email

you@yourbusiness.com through Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, with SPF, DKIM and DMARC records set so your mail is delivered.

Listings and consistency

Name, phone, website and area matched across Bing Places, Apple Business Connect, Yelp, Facebook and the industry directories that matter for your trade.

On-page SEO

Titles, descriptions, headings, service pages, internal links and structured data on your website. The things a search engine actually reads.

New business

Ground rules

What I won't do

  • Guarantee a ranking, a map position or a verification outcome
  • Create fake addresses, keyword-stuffed business names or duplicate listings, which get profiles suspended
  • Write, buy or filter reviews
  • Build dozens of near-identical town pages that only swap the town name
  • Lock your profile or accounts under my name

Questions

Local search: common questions

Can you get my business listed on Google Maps?

I can set up or repair your Google Business Profile, which is what puts a business on Google Maps, and walk you through verification. Google decides whether a business is eligible, how it is verified and whether it is approved. Service-area businesses without a storefront can usually list with their address hidden.

Do you guarantee rankings?

No. Nobody outside Google can. What improves local visibility is well understood: a complete and accurate Business Profile, a website with clear service and area pages, consistent business details across the web, and genuine reviews. I set those up properly and show you how to keep them current.

Can you write reviews or get me reviews?

I won't write reviews or buy them. Fake reviews break Google's rules and can get a profile suspended. I can set up an honest review request process: a short link and a message you send to customers after a job.

What does a new business need online before it opens?

A domain, a business email address on that domain, a website (even one page), a Google Business Profile, and accounts for Search Console and analytics. The launch checklist lists everything in order.

Can you set up business email?

Yes. Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 on your own domain, with the DNS records (SPF, DKIM and DMARC) that keep your mail out of spam folders, and existing mail moved over if needed.

Next step

Not showing up where customers look?

A few sentences is enough to start. I will reply within one business day with questions or a rough price, and there is no charge for the first conversation.
