What this site collects
The contact form. When you send an inquiry, the details you enter (name, email, and anything else you choose to add) are delivered to Code Hawk LLC by email through the site's host, Netlify, which stores form submissions on its servers. They are used only to reply to you and to prepare a quote.
Server logs. Like every web host, Netlify records basic request information such as IP address, browser and the page requested, for security and to keep the site running.
Analytics. This site does not currently use cookies or tracking scripts. If privacy-friendly analytics are added later, this page will say which service and what it records before it goes live.
What it does not do
- No advertising trackers, pixels or third-party cookies.
- Your details are not sold, rented or shared for marketing.
- You are not added to a mailing list.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete what you have sent, email aaron@codehawkmt.com. Inquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within twelve months.
Client files
Spreadsheets, logins and other material shared during a project are used only for that project, kept no longer than needed, and deleted or returned at the end. Credentials should be shared through a password manager or a one-time link, never in the contact form.
